About the Role 
ThinkTech is growing and adding a Project Coordinator Intern to the team. This role would be responsible for assisting in coordinating activities for development, implementation, and marketing projects. This person will gain hands-on experience in various sectors, contributing to real-world projects. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking the progress of client projects across digital marketing, web development, and software implementation 
  • Support project managers by coordinating meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items 
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, timelines, and task lists 
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project expectations and deadlines are clear and met 
  • Monitor project milestones and report potential risks or delays to supervisors 
  • Help with quality assurance and final reviews of deliverables prior to client handoff 
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal workflows and project tracking systems

Requirements 
  • Currently enrolled in a program related to Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field 
  • Strong interest in coordinating teams and keeping projects on track 
  • Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple responsibilities 
  • Willingness to learn project management methodologies and tools 

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Jira) 
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies 
  • Understanding of digital services such as marketing campaigns, websites, or software development cycles 
  • Experience working on group projects or in roles requiring coordination and communication 
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or Notion is a plus
