About the Role 
ThinkTech is growing and adding a Sales and Marketing Coordinator Intern to the team. This role would be responsible for assisting in sales and marketing activities, including CRM management and assisting both the Sales and Marketing departments. This person will gain hands-on experience in marketing and business development within various sectors. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to prospective clients through email, phone, and social media channels 
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and customized service offerings 
  • Help maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client activity 
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities 
  • Collaborate with team members to refine sales messaging and improve outreach materials 
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of targeted marketing initiatives to support sales efforts 
  • Provide light support on creative tasks such as drafting copy, editing graphics, or assembling pitch decks

Requirements 
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and relationship building 
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and prospects in a professional setting 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience with or knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) 
  • Exposure to marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Canva, or Google Analytics 
  • Some understanding of digital marketing, website services, or software solutions 
  • Creative skills in graphic design, copywriting, or content development are a plus 
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role (part-time, volunteer, or academic projects)
